This fine art print of my original painting captures a tender and peaceful moment between St. Joseph and the infant Jesus as they take a nap together. I love this image because it shows that while God designed the family structure, but He also decided to honor it by respecting St. Joseph as the head of the household. He did this by speaking to St. Joseph through dreams such as instructing Joseph to take Mary into his home (Matt 1:20-21) and to take the family into Egypt (Matt 2:13-15).
